Care and cleaning
For cleaning our Comforters, Pillows, Featherbeds:
Dry clean only by a reputable cleaner that specializes in down products. Do not machine wash.
For cleaning our Duvet Covers, Sheets, Pillow Cases, Pillow Shams and Featherbed Cover:
Machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle with mild detergent. Wash dark colors and prints separately. Do not use bleach. Tumble Dry on low setting, remove at end of cycle and fold. Iron on medium setting if needed.
General care tips:
To extend their life, our comforters should be used with duvet covers, and our pillows with pillow cases and shams. These outer items can be cleaned as often as necessary.
To maintain their loft and other benefits, however, the comforters and pillows themselves should be cleaned only every two to four years, depending on wear and tear. And they should be dry cleaned only.
Occasionally you should let our down and feather products air out by hanging them on a clothesline or just opening the windows of the room where you use them.
To plump up and refresh your pillows, just put them in the dryer on the air cycle for a few minutes.
