Shipping Times:
Each order is shipped within 3 business days from the date the order is placed.
Damaged Shipments:
If your package should arrive damaged, please refuse the shipment and file a claim directly with UPS.
International Shipments:
We will gladly ship internationally to any location not restricted by law. To obtain detailed information and determine eligibility for international shipping and charges, please e-mail us at customerservice@plumadown.com with specific questions.
Shipping Exceptions:
We are not able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Backordered Items:
As soon as backordered items become available, they will be shipped separately at no extra cost via UPS Standard Ground.
