Our Simple Guarantee

If at anytime you are dissatisfied with a Pluma Down product, return it to us for an exchange or a refund of the original purchase price.

Returns:

For orders received by UPS from our factory in Canada: Please complete the Pluma Down Return Form indicating the return code, quantity returned and include it in the package with the original tags and packaging, if available. Also, make sure to save copies of this slip for your records. If you no longer have your Return Form, please enclose a note indicating what item(s) you would like to return for a refund and the reason for the return along with your name, address and e-mail address.

Attach the prepaid UPS Return Mailing Label to the outside of your return package and take this to your local UPS facility for shipment back to us.

If you no longer have the prepaid UPS Return Mailing Label, ship your package back via UPS at your own initial expense and we will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipping charge when we credit your credit card for the value of the item(s) being returned for refund. We recommend you verify this package has insurance equal to the total purchase price, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Please allow up to 4 business days for us to receive your return and process your credit. You will be issued a refund in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and for their original shipping charge. Depending upon the timing of your credit card company, allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your card statement.

For orders received by FEDEX from our factories in China and Portugal: Please complete the Pluma Down Return Form indicating the return code, quantity returned and include it in the package with the original tags and packaging, if available. Also, make sure to save copies of this slip for your records. If you no longer have your Return Form, please enclose a note indicating what item(s) you would like to return for a refund and the reason for the return along with your name, address and e-mail address.

Attach the prepaid FedEx Return Mailing Label to the outside of your return package and take this to your local Kinko¡¦s/FedEx facility for shipment back to us.

If you no longer have the prepaid FedEx Return Mailing Label, ship your package back via FedEx at your own initial expense and we will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipping charge when we credit your credit card for the value of the item(s) being returned for refund. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item please follow the same steps as for Returns and you will be refunded the original purchase price and shipping charges of the returned item(s). In order to protect your credit card privacy, we ask that you then go to PlumaDown.com and place a new, secure order for the item(s) you want for replacement. This will save you time by assuring your new order will be processed and shipped before we actually receive your returned item(s) for processing.
